What can I say. Shaun has always been there for me in my times of need. If I have become panic stricken about the problem I just ring Shaun, and he either talks me through the problem or arranges to come have a look at the computer for me. Sometimes I have sent an email and a reply has come back to me within 24 hours and with the business that Shaun has, and I know he is kept busy at times, he is still able to look after me and my computer. Shaun knows that I'm not a genius with the computer and will explain things to me in my language which means a lot to me. I cannot recommend Shaun and his Bonsai Computer business highly enough, and if he was to ever leave Wyalkatchem I really don't know what I would do when I have problems. Even when I don't have a problem Shaun makes me feel special by sending emails, sometimes very funny ones that brighten up my day.

I was recommended to Bonsai Computers through our "Aussie" friends in Brisbane, Australia. We were on holiday in Brisbane and staying with our friends, when a conversation about the internet came up. Shaun did a web page for them several months ago and they were most impressed with the results. We got on the internet and had a look at the site and were also impressed. My wife (Sarah) and I run a business from home and a small warehouse. We had an existing site that seemed to make no difference to our business. We contacted Shaun about designing a new site for us that would promote our business and have a "theme" that suits the kind of people we are, and the business we are in. He quickly came up with several ideas and submitted them to us. Sarah and I agreed on a style that we thought would best suit us and touched base again with Shaun to go over the finer details of the site. He was more than happy to make any changes as the site was being developed, so that in the end we were happy with the final product. Since the site has gone up we have had a 43% increase in national sales and a 28% increase in international sales. Those figures alone speak volumes for the impact the site has had on our profits, exposure as a business, and overall success. The only regret we have is that we hadn't done it sooner! The site has managed to reach so many potential customers (particularly internationally) that we didn't have before and has a professional feel to it that instills confidence in potential customers. We have had many positive comments by people that have visited our site, and quite a few emails asking who designed it. We have passed Shaun's details on as we are more than confident in his ability as a web designer / business promoter. Shaun has been our I.T man for over two years at the Wyalkatchem Telecentre.  He came to our assistance at a time when we were having huge problems with viruses and connectivity and systematically worked through all the problems until our whole computer system was running smoothly.  Since then, Shaun has proved invaluable to us as we know that when we call on him he will always respond promptly, and he seems to find no problem too hard to deal with.
